Rattan Storage Cabnet Moulds

Not every mould makers are good at making storage cabnet moulds, especially for rattan storage box moulds. Because all the parts need to match each other very well. And large storage box are easy deformation.

Rattan surface plastic parts looks high level than normal smooth surface plastic products. But this kind moulds need more precision tooling to the mould core and cavity. For storage cabnet moulds, normally it consists of top cover mould, side wall mould, base mould, and drawer mould. In order to make rattan in good quality, we suggest to use DIN1.2738, 718H for mould core and cavity. The steel need better performance in tooling texture.
