Once we test the mould, our QC department will help customer measure the product dimension, thickness and weight, check the match with tube cover, we sending samples by DHL to customer only if they are qualified. For the mold core and cavity are polished in mirror standard. Mould hardness and precision also will be controlled by our QC department. Customer can come over to see mould final testing after the samples are approved. The mold testing video, machine parameter, mold shipping pictures will send to customer as well.
