Rattan Storage Cabnet Moulds

Not every mould makers are good at making storage cabnet moulds, especially for rattan storage box moulds. Because all the parts need to match each other very well. And large storage box are easy deformation.

Rattan surface plastic parts looks high level than normal smooth surface plastic products. But this kind moulds need more precision tooling to the mould core and cavity. For storage cabnet moulds, normally it consists of top cover mould, side wall mould, base mould, and drawer mould. In order to make rattan in good quality, we suggest to use DIN1.2738, 718H for mould core and cavity. The steel need better performance in tooling texture. Regarding hot runner brand, we usually use famous Chinese brand Anole hot runner system. It also belongs to SINO GROUP. Our delivery time for rattan storage cabnet moulds is around 65 working days. Preform Moulding Line Service

Preform mould is always in large demand, it’s widely used in liquid packing. SINO HOLDINGS GROUP can offer customer complete preform moulding line service.

The most common preform mould is PET preform mould, and PP preform mould. PP preform normally for milk bottle. While PET preform widely use for packing other liquid. For PET preform mould, it has some common neck standard, such like 28mm PCO1881, 28mm PCO1810, 28mm PCO Corvaglia, 28mm BPF, 28mm ROPP, 25mm ROPP, 30/25 3Start high, 30/25 3 start Low, etc. Professional mould maker can help you build product design according to your neck model, and weight requirement. If you only have the bottle, tell us the volume and neck size, we also can help you build 2D and 3D drawing. For most preform mould, they can make interchangeable insert to realize different weight preform make in one mould. Neck slider change, core inserts change, half mould change is possible.
