For most preform mould, they can make interchangeable insert to realize different weight preform make in one mould. Neck slider change, core inserts change, half mould change is possible. Things customer only need to do is to pass their samples to us and tell us the target output. We also select suitable injection moulding machine for them. For example, 32 cavity preform mould, it will need 330 ton Dakumar machine. The auto loader, hopper dryer, dehumidifier, water chiller, cooling tower, air compressor model will be recommended according to the mould and machine. Before shipment, the whole preform moulding line equipment will be tested together in SINO workshop. One of SINO professional engineers will in charge of this machine & mould test and can go to customer’s factory to set up the preform moulding equipment, running the mould, and teach your engineer to adjust the machine parameter, maintain mould and machine.
