SINO quotation department keep working during holidays, such like Chinese New Year holiday. For regular mould quotation, we are able to supply quotation within 12 hours. For machine quotation, we can offer you in half hour.
3)High speed mould and machine delivery time
From you confirm the order to mould first samples dispatch, we will control the time around 50 to 65 working days. In order to short your time, we also require customer feedback about design and samples in 3 days. It is a cooperation to make high speed delivery. Regarding injection machine, we enlarged our production capacity, and keep plenty quantity in stock.
4)High speed moulding service
SINO can supply engineer door to door service. If you need our engineer to help you install machine and moulds, we can prepare the engineer visit during mould sea shipment. Normally our engineer can arrive you when you receive the mould. In case any problem happen to the machine and mould, we also supply online video and instruction to teach you and help you solve problems.
