Rattan Storage Cabnet Moulds

Not every mould makers are good at making storage cabnet moulds, especially for rattan storage box moulds. Because all the parts need to match each other very well. And large storage box are easy deformation.

SINO MOULD is one of famous mould maker in China, we are good at making rattan chair moulds, rattan storage cabnet mould, rattan sotrage drawers molds. Rattan surface plastic parts looks high level than normal smooth surface plastic products. But this kind moulds need more precision tooling to the mould core and cavity. Some rattan design also moulding area perforation. The rattan area brings more difficult to polish and tooling. That make mould cost more. For storage cabnet moulds, normally it consists of top cover mould, side wall mould, base mould, and drawer mould. In order to make rattan in good quality, we suggest to use DIN1.2738, 718H for mould core and cavity. The steel need better performance in tooling texture. Regarding hot runner brand, we usually use famous Chinese brand Anole hot runner system. It also belongs to SINO GROUP. Our delivery time for rattan storage cabnet moulds is around 65 working days.
