Rattan Storage Cabnet Moulds

Not every mould makers are good at making storage cabnet moulds, especially for rattan storage box moulds. Because all the parts need to match each other very well. And large storage box are easy deformation.

Round Paint Bucket Mould

SINO MOULD devote itself to different kinds and different volume of paint bucket moulds. The bucket moulds can be divide into round paint bucket mould, square paint bucket mould, and oval bucket mould. All the paint bucket moulds are with different volume.

Round paint bucket mold has simple mould structure and short tooling time than square paint bucket moulds. The round paint bucket mould cooling system is extremely important for the mould running cycle time. Good cooling system can shorten 5-8 seconds or more cycle time. Also beryllium copper is widely use for decrease cycle time for paint bucket moulds. We recommend to add beryllium copper on the mould core top and cavity edge. The most tooling for round paint pail mould is lathing machining. So the tooling schedule is simple. As you know, paint pail need to be transported, so the bucket sealing condition is high required, even need to pass drop test. In the beginning of product design, SINO MOULD will learn clearly about customer requirement, then modify the bucket structure. Another factor of pass drop is bucket plastic material, it should be shock resistance, such like HDPE.
